Our Retirement Facility comprises 259 units divided into several areas of
independent and assisted living units of varying size and configuration.
In addition we provide a Care Centre which offers 24 hour nursing care.
We sell Life Rights on our units entitling the resident to live in a particular unit
for as long as they wish or until such time as other options, within the village,
need to be considered. Life Right refers to a legal contract. You can take
advantage of these facilities from the age of 55.
All Housing Units in Mbango Valley are sold under the provision of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons Act 65 of 1998 as amended, ensuring your protection by the Act.
Mbango Valley Association is registered as an NPO (Not for Profit Organisation)
as well as a Section 21 Company.
